These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Neural Gym mobile application, its related services, and the related pages on limovationglobal.com. Neural Gym is presented by 7th Sense Media Labz., a brand of Limovation Global Trading Corp. In these Terms, “Neural Gym,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Limovation Global Trading Corp.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Neural Gym, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. Neural Gym is not directed to children under 13.

Purpose

Neural Gym provides interactive activities intended to challenge visual reaction, attention, tracking, timing, coordination, and related skills. It is provided solely for general training and entertainment.

No medical advice

Neural Gym is not a medical device or healthcare service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease, injury, disability, or medical condition. It does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Stop using the application and seek appropriate advice if you experience discomfort or have concerns about whether an activity is suitable for you. No cognitive, athletic, educational, or health outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Licence to use the application

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Neural Gym on devices you own or control and as permitted by the applicable app store rules.

Prohibited conduct

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the application; reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where law expressly permits it; circumvent security or purchase verification; interfere with operation; use the application unlawfully; or represent Neural Gym results as medical findings or professional assessments.

Purchases and subscriptions

Certain features or content may require a one-time purchase or subscription. Apple or Google processes purchases. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable store terms and the information shown at purchase. An automatically renewing subscription continues until cancelled through the applicable store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases restores eligible purchases associated with the same store account. We do not directly receive or store complete payment-card information.

Content and availability

Features, exercises, audio, downloads, interfaces, and other content may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available or work on every device. Downloaded content may be subject to licence validation, device storage, compatibility requirements, or removal when the application is deleted.

Information and device data

Information handling is described in the applicable Privacy Policy. Practice profiles and progress are stored locally and may be lost when app storage is cleared, the application is deleted, or the device is replaced. Purchases and support communications involve additional information handling described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Neural Gym, including its name, design, software, graphics, audio, activities, text, and other original material, is owned by Limovation Global Trading Corp. or used under licence. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Third-party services

Neural Gym may rely on services operated by Apple, Google, Superwall, hosting providers, email providers, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for services outside our control.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Neural Gym is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, compatibility with every device, permanent availability, or any particular performance result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Limovation Global Trading Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Neural Gym. Total liability for claims connected with Neural Gym will not exceed the amount paid for the application during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not permit that limitation.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Neural Gym, users, our rights, or third parties; address unlawful activity; enforce these Terms; or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using Neural Gym at any time. Purchases and subscriptions remain subject to platform cancellation and refund rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Neural Gym, its business model, or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable Canadian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
